Altynai Kozubekova, Human Resources Manager/Social Responsibility Specialist

On June 1st, 2009 Human Resources manager- Altynai Kozubekova- proceeded to her work. Altynai Kozubekova is the first Human Resources manager for years of company’s successful activity on the microcredit market of Kyrgyzstan.

Altynai Kozubekova has a good experience in the sphere of Human Resource management. Employment in Mol Bulak Finance preceded holding management and chief positions in the following companies and higher education institutions: “Center of Training and Consulting” Consulting Company, “Kyrgyz Concept” Tourism Company, International University of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz State Medical Academy. Altynai has a 4- year direct experience as a practicing HR manager and consultant.

Altynai has two University Degrees: Instructor/Translator of French language - Kyrgyz State University, Law - Kyrgyz State University. Altynai improved her professional competency by means of learning from international experts from USA, Europe, and Japan in the following spheres: strategic and practical management, human resources management, social psychology, marketing in HR etc. Altynai Kozubekova fluently speaks French and improves her English skills.
