Mr. Kokarev possesses Master degree in Agribusiness Management from Mississippi State University Starkville, USA (graduated in 1996).
Earlier in 1994 he has graduated from Tashkent Institute of Irrigation with degree in Economics, Uzbekistan.

Ms. Zhanna Shegay is a Head of Marketing department of LLP Autocenter Bavaria - exclusive importer of BMW AG in Kazakhstan with 3 the most outstanding brands in the world - MINI, BMW and Rolls Royce. She has joined this heavy industry after having 5 years experience in advertising. Ms. Zhanna Shegai was always responsible for building up and strengthening the brands i.e. American Express, WBD, P&G etc.
She also participated in different social projects affecting vulnerable groups (street children) and helped to develop the legislation system in Kyrgyzstan within ABA CEELI, IFES and OSCEODIHR projects. Ms. Mishukova is director of Kyrgyz Audit Company “BNK Audit”. Areas of practice: Auditor, consultant in taxation, certified accountant practitioner (САР), manager of financial audit projects for microcredit institutions, development of accounting policies, providing consultancy in accounting and financial reporting of commercial and non-commercial institutions, tax planning and taxation optimization, designing tax programs for start-ups taking into account special features of the companies, financial consultancy.
Ms. Mishukova has degree in Finance (Kyrgyz State University, 2002) and Law (Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University, 2009). She also received extensive additional education in the field of accounting, taxation and financial management.
Ms. Mishukova is a member of Association of Accountants and Auditors (certified accountant practitioner), member of Tax Consultants Chamber (certified tax consultant).
