Mol Bulak Finance's customers are individuals who live in rural areas of Kyrgyzstan. Since its foundation Mol Bulak Finance mainly puts emphasis on women as the most vulnerable part of the society and at the same time - the best poverty fighters. That's why more than 80% of our clients are women. To meet these needs, we provide unsecured group and individual loans to enable them to start and develop small businesses and enterprises. Our customers are engaged in various economic activity such as livestock raising, agriculture, production, trade and service sector.

Mol Bulak Finance endorsed Client Protection Principles in Microfinance and implemented mechanisms for avoidance of over-indebtedness, redress of customer grievances, transparency of communicating interest rates, ensuring ethical staff behavior, and protecting privacy of client's data.
